Full job description
Provide technical product support to customers and sales initiatives by analyzing and recommending solutions. Troubleshoot product issues, collaborate with sales on product modifications, conduct product demonstrations, develop and execute validation procedures, and document technical specifications. Participate in product review meetings and maintain product knowledge. Requires experience with SBMS, Eleven, OneStrata platforms, and the Strata ecosystem. Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 2-5 years relevant experience.

- Troubleshoot product issues and provide detailed technical recommendations under moderate supervision
- Collaborate with Sales teams to evaluate product modification requests and contribute engineering insights for customization projects
