Full job description

Nexxen is seeking a Supply Strategist to drive supply performance and optimization in programmatic advertising. The role involves strategic consulting with external vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize Nexxen's programmatic ecosystem. Responsibilities include performance analytics, inventory curation, product testing, campaign support, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and becoming an expert in Nexxen SSP capabilities. Candidates should have a BA/BS in a quantitative field, 1+ years experience with programmatic campaigns in DSP or SSP environments, strong programmatic knowledge, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, R, or Python is a plus. The position is full-time, hybrid, and located in Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles. Salary range is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. What you'll do

  • Own internal reporting, performing deep-dive revenue, cost, and margin analysis based on historical data and market intelligence to guide supply decisions
  • Identify new supply opportunities and gather demand-specific insights to guide inventory procurement
  • Drive the full-cycle testing, analysis, and implementation strategy of new inventory products
  • Manage Deal ID generation and provide ongoing delivery monitoring and optimization for multiple simultaneous campaigns
  • Work closely with Delivery and Sales Engineering to troubleshoot campaign performance and ensure the supply landscape meets demand requirements
  • Create and maintain internal tools and reference pages regarding platform capabilities, operational processes, and best practices
  • Become an expert in Nexxen SSP capabilities, utilizing internal tools to set campaigns up for success

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field of study
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic campaigns in a DSP or SSP environment (pulling reports, monitoring performance, and executing optimizations)
  • Strong understanding of bidding structures, VAST/VPAID, RTB Specs, and brand safety guidelines
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) and PowerPoint
  • Strict attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative team player mentality
