Full job description

Smartly is offering a paid summer internship program for 2026, lasting 10 weeks from June 16 to August 20. Interns will work approximately 30 hours per week at $20 per hour. The internship is hybrid and based in New York, NY. Interns will gain hands-on experience by working on impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, analyzing data, and using innovative technologies including AI. Candidates should be rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates authorized to work in the US, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and an interest in technology, innovation, or business operations. The program includes mentorship, intern programming, and a final presentation of work.

What you'll do

  • Work on high-impact projects aligned with team goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present insights or recommendations
  • Explore innovative tools and technologies, including AI, to improve processes
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and intern programming

Requirements

  • Rising Junior, Senior, or recent graduate from an accredited 4-year college or university
