Full job description

Part-time student role (20 hours/week) in Hamburg with hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days remote). Join the creative team as a Graphic Design student to conceptualize, design, and produce interactive video and display ads using the Teads Studio platform. Responsibilities include creating ads based on client briefs, adhering to brand guidelines, supporting presentations, collaborating with Sales and Ad Operations, and innovating ad solutions. Requirements: 0-1 years graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, fluent English (German appreciated), strong time management and communication skills. Bonus: basic web development (HTML/CSS/JS) and 3D design skills. Benefits include hands-on training, real-world adtech experience, collaborative culture, office amenities, and snacks.

What you'll do

  • Create compelling, immersive interactive video & display ads for clients based on briefs
  • Design outcomes true to brand identity and style guidelines
  • Support local design & strategy team with building client presentations
  • Create custom solutions for client requirements
  • Work closely with Sales and Ad Operations to gather project specs and deployment procedures
  • Innovate and deliver new solutions for ad type portfolio

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects in particular)
  • Fluent in English, German appreciated
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management and communicate transparently with internal and external teams
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of web development - HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • Bonus: 3D design skills
