Strategy & Presentation Designer

What you'll do

• Elevate or custom-build high-stakes pitch decks and transform them into polished, visually cohesive client deliverables using PowerPoint
• Transform unstructured ideas into persuasive narrative flows guiding clients through strategy and visually proving product capabilities
• Turn complex AdTech product specifications, measurement data, and workflows into intuitive visual diagrams and layouts
• Own and maintain the Strategy resource library including master slide templates, vertical collateral, and one-sheets
• Support templates and visual inputs for internal AI deck-generation tools to ensure on-brand automated outputs
• Track and analyze client engagement with designs using content analytics and feedback loops to improve visual narratives
• Use Photoshop to design campaign mock-ups for client pitch decks
• Coordinate with internal Brand Designers for larger projects and brand-level assets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a strategic design role, ideally within a brand strategy or marketing environment
• Portfolio demonstrating expert-level layout, typography, and data visualization skills, showcasing pitch decks, business presentations, and sales collateral
• Proven project ownership, with the ability to turn concepts into intuitive and impactful designs
• Exceptional communication skills, razor-sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative, solutions-driven approach
• PowerPoint mastery including master slides, style sheets, and scalable templates
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Experience working with or managing templates for AI deck-generation tools (Claude Design)
