Epsilon seeks a Strategy and Informatics Intern for an 11-week summer internship in Chicago, IL, hybrid (2 days in office). The role supports marketing and customer engagement strategies, including market and audience research, data translation, campaign planning, and marketing material development. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategy, Product, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams. Requirements include pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, strong communication and organizational skills, and interest in marketing and data-driven decision-making. Previous related experience and familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools are a plus. Compensation is $25/hour. Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Psychology, Analytics, or a related field
Interest in marketing, strategy, customer behavior, digital media, or data-driven decision-making
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Ability to translate research or data into clear ideas and recommendations
Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative approach and ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
Initiative, creativity, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn
Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels
Desire to develop professionally and contribute meaningfully
Previous internship, project, coursework, or leadership experience related to marketing, strategy, advertising, customer insights, or digital media is a plus
Experience conducting research, analyzing information, or developing presentations and recommendations is a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, campaign measurement, audience segmentation, CRM, or paid media is a plus
Experience working with marketing, analytics, research, design, or presentation tools is a plus
Portfolio, case study, or class project demonstrating strategic thinking, research, marketing, or problem-solving skills is a plus
