Smadex is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead partnership efforts in the programmatic advertising space, focusing on mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, and Kochava. The role involves managing MMP relationships, ensuring technical integrations, collaborating on co-marketing initiatives, resolving attribution issues, scouting new partnership opportunities, and educating internal teams on industry trends. Candidates must have 5+ years of AdTech experience within DSP, SSP, MMP, or related ecosystems, strong programmatic advertising knowledge, proven partnership-building skills, excellent communication, and legal work authorization for Barcelona. The position is full-time, hybrid (2 days remote), based in Barcelona, and offers benefits including private health insurance, gym allowance, meal vouchers, and a collaborative work environment.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for all MMP partners and maintain deep relationships with their BD and Partner Management teams
- Stay ahead of industry changes (SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox) and work with Product team to ensure Smadex remains a preferred, certified partner across all tracking platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners (webinars, co-branded content, industry events)
- Act as an escalation point for Account Management and Adops teams when attribution or integration discrepancies arise
- Scout and vet new partnership opportunities beyond MMPs to build a broader Smadex Ecosystem
- Keep internal team updated on partner product roadmaps and industry trends impacting performance marketing
Requirements
- 5+ years of AdTech experience within a DSP, SSP, MMP, Ad Network, or related ecosystem player
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, with a focus on mobile marketing technologies and supply dynamics
- Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships in the Americas region
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to pitch, present, and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to build deep partnerships through relationship management and consultative selling
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Legal permit to work in Barcelona (no visa sponsorship provided)
