Full job description

Seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Manager for Google's AI Innovation Partnerships team. Requires 7 years experience in partner management, business development, or sales, with expertise in Google Ads, AdTech/MarTech, and technology consulting. Responsibilities include managing AI-native and AdTech/MarTech partners, co-developing solutions, executing GTM strategies, and bridging technical innovation with business needs. Must translate partner needs into product requirements and business cases. Location is Los Angeles or Playa Vista, California. Full-time role with base salary $141,000-$204,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Identify, prioritize, and manage a robust ecosystem of AI-native leaders, AdTech/MarTech companies, and specialized agencies to co-create AI-driven marketing solutions
  • Forge integrations with emerging players and AI boutiques to ensure Google Ads remains foundational for AI-powered media solutions
  • Bridge the gap between regional market needs and technical innovation from third-party partners
  • Advocate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and select partners
  • Execute GTM strategies, enable partner development, and ensure successful solution activations
  • Manage a portfolio of partners through co-development of new solutions and GTM acceleration of existing third-party tools
  • Translate partner friction into prioritized product requirements documents (PRDs) to influence internal engineering and product roadmaps
  • Translate technical, solution-focused projects into executive-level business cases articulating ROI of AI-powered AdTech/MarTech innovations
  • Train and enable third-party partners on product features and integrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales
  • Experience in technology consulting, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering or development bridging technical execution with business strategy
  • Experience in managing multiple partners and projects
  • Experience with Google Ads products, digital marketing tools and solutions, and products and platforms in the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem
