Full job description
Strategic Partner Development Manager role requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4 years experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking (or 2 years with advanced degree). Experience in adtech industry and managing agreements or partnerships is required. Responsibilities include leading business development with partners, managing cross-functional teams, resolving technical and business issues, and driving growth of Google's programmatic ads business. Must work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams. Preferred qualifications include MBA or Master's degree, experience managing complex partnerships, familiarity with advertising ecosystem, negotiation skills, and ability to identify business opportunities. Salary range $112,000 - $161,000 plus 15% bonus target and equity. Locations include New York, NY and Mountain View, CA.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with advanced degree
Experience in the adtech industry
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management
Experience managing agreements or partnerships
MBA or Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships, working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment (preferred)
Familiarity with the advertising ecosystem and ability to translate customer goals into meaningful next steps and execution (preferred)
Ability to effectively negotiate and execute agreements (preferred)
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners (preferred)
