Full job description

Moloco is seeking a Strategic Growth Senior Manager to partner with Moloco Commerce Media customers in building retail media businesses. The role involves leading relationships with large retailers and marketplaces, acting as a product and go-to-market expert, advising on business setup, retail media strategy, campaign management, and optimization. Candidates should have 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or ad-tech, strong communication skills, experience managing strategic programs, and comfort with data-driven decision making. The position requires working collaboratively across teams and adapting to a fast-growing global company. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $190,000 USD. The role is full-time with hybrid remote work options and is located in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Moloco Commerce Media customers to build retail media businesses
  • Lead customer relationships with large retailers and marketplaces
  • Function as product and go-to-market expert
  • Educate and advise on business setup, retail media strategy, campaign management and optimization
  • Craft go-to-market strategies to drive incremental ad revenue growth
  • Identify growth levers and product improvement opportunities
  • Build and manage strategic customer partnerships with deep vertical understanding
  • Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations
  • Identify and execute actionable growth initiatives
  • Enable decision-making with data-driven strategy and insights
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language for communication
  • Capture customer needs and devise optimized solutions
  • Lead multiple customer meetings and regular business reviews

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience, ideally at a strategy consulting firm and/or Ad-tech company
  • Tech industry and performance advertising/Ad-tech experience with hands-on exposure to campaigns and/or client accounts
  • Retail media experience and/or exposure preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills including presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including cross-functional partners (Product, DS, Engineering)
  • Experience managing and executing strategic programs and workstreams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical/out-of-box thinking
  • Rigor with data and comfort using dashboards and analyses to inform recommendations
  • Experience or interest in understanding ML and AI products and communicating their value
  • Comfort working in a 0-1 environment with ambiguity
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and creating value
  • Detail oriented with ability to balance details and big picture
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-growing global company and grow into increasing scope and responsibility
