Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Senior Strategic Growth Manager to partner with Moloco Commerce Media customers, helping them build and scale retail media businesses. The role involves managing relationships with large retailers and marketplaces, advising on pricing, ad policies, campaign management, and GTM strategies to drive ad revenue growth. Candidates should have 2-6 years experience in Ad-tech, enterprise software, or strategy consulting, strong communication and problem-solving skills, data rigor, and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-growing environments. Fluency in English is required. The position is full-time and hybrid based in London.

What you'll do

  • Partner with MCM customers to build out a retail media business
  • Manage customer relationships with large retailers and marketplaces
  • Function as a client Go-To-Market expert advising on pricing strategy, ad policies, campaign management and optimisation
  • Craft GTM strategies to drive incremental ad revenue growth
  • Identify growth levers and product improvement opportunities
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with deep understanding of customer verticals
  • Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations
  • Identify actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly
  • Enable decision-making with data-driven strategy and insights
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language
  • Capture customers’ needs and devise optimized solutions
  • Lead multiple client meetings and regular business reviews

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Ad-tech, enterprise software, or strategy consulting
  • Outstanding communication skills to build trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Experience managing and executing strategic programs
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking
  • Rigour with data
  • Comfort working in a 0-1 environment with willingness to embrace ambiguity
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and creating real value
  • Detail oriented and adaptable to a fast-growing global company
  • Fluency in English (French is a bonus)
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders
