Responsibilities include driving architecture decisions for distributed systems, leading cross-team initiatives, mentoring engineers, designing systems with Redis and Kafka, integrating AI features including LLM-powered workflows, and enforcing engineering best practices with healthcare compliance. Required skills include expertise in Java 17+, Spring ecosystem, Redis, relational and NoSQL databases, Kafka, microservices, cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and AI engineering applications. Experience in ad tech or healthcare data platforms and familiarity with big data frameworks is a plus.
