Lead technical architecture and development of high-throughput, low-latency backend services primarily in Java and Spring Boot. Drive distributed system design including service boundaries, data modeling, storage, and scalability. Mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives aligning engineering with product and business goals. Build systems using Redis and Kafka, integrate AI features including LLM-powered workflows, and enforce best practices in API design, code quality, testing, security, and data privacy with healthcare compliance. Design observability strategies and lead production issue investigations. Require 8+ years backend experience, expertise in Java 17+, Spring ecosystem, Redis, relational and NoSQL databases, Kafka, microservices, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), containerization, CI/CD, and AI engineering applications. Experience in ad tech or healthcare data platforms, production LLM features, big data frameworks, and open-source contributions are pluses. Role is full-time, hybrid in Pune, India.
