Hiring a Staff Software Engineer (Backend) to lead technical direction of backend systems for a pixel-less ad targeting platform. Responsibilities include architecting and evolving backend services and APIs in .NET Core on AWS, driving technical strategy for integrations and scalable system design, leading cross-team initiatives to improve platform scalability and reliability, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with Product, Infrastructure, and Engineering leadership. Requires deep expertise in system design with .NET Core or similar languages, AWS experience preferred, and experience with large-scale distributed systems. AdTech or programmatic advertising experience is a plus. The role is full-time, senior level, hybrid (3 days onsite in Bellevue, WA; 2 days remote optional).
