Hiring a Staff Software Engineer (Backend) to lead technical direction of backend systems for a pixel-less ad targeting platform. Responsibilities include architecting and evolving backend services and APIs in .NET Core on AWS, driving technical strategy for integrations, leading cross-team initiatives to improve scalability and reliability, mentoring senior engineers, and collaborating with Product and Infrastructure teams. Requires deep expertise in system design, experience with .NET Core or similar languages, AWS preferred, and strong architectural and leadership skills. Hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote optional. Salary range $200,000 - $270,000 plus equity.
