RTB House seeks a Staff Security Engineer to improve security of systems, infrastructure, and software development practices. The role involves identifying systemic security risks, performing security architecture reviews, collaborating with engineering teams to address security weaknesses early in development, partnering with SOC to enhance detection and controls, designing reusable security tools and automation, and defining technical security standards. Requires 8+ years in security or related engineering roles, strong hands-on security engineering experience, knowledge of large scale distributed systems, proficiency in Polish and English (min B2/C1), experience in security architecture reviews and threat modeling, understanding of application, infrastructure, and network security, experience securing cloud and on-prem environments, knowledge of Linux, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and programming skills in Python, Go, Java, C++ or similar. Technologies include Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Argo CD, PostgreSQL, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins. The position is senior level, full-time, remote possible, located in Warsaw, Poland.
