RTB House is seeking a Staff Research Team Lead to manage a team of 4-8 ML researchers while remaining hands-on. The role involves leading research projects with high scope and ambiguity, focusing on applied ML systems in production. Responsibilities include team leadership, project ownership from conception to deployment, designing deep neural network models, conducting A/B tests, and mentoring researchers. Required experience includes 5+ years as a researcher or engineer, 2+ years hands-on ML/Data Science, and 2+ years leadership experience. Proficiency in programming and strong mathematical knowledge are essential. Technologies used include Python, Java, Scala, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, TPU, JAX, Jupyter Notebooks, BigQuery, and GCP.
