Represent IAS in customer, partner, and industry conversations, clearly communicating vision for emerging advertising platforms
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, media, or a related B2B technology environment
Direct product experience in retail media, CTV, digital out-of-home, programmatic advertising, or AI-driven media buying
Strong knowledge of how digital advertising is bought, delivered, measured, and optimized
Proven experience leading zero-to-one products from customer discovery and market validation through launch, adoption, and revenue generation
Customer-centric approach and ability to develop differentiated products around the needs of new and evolving markets
Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science on APIs, integrations, data products, or measurement systems
Ability to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, set priorities, and balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution
Independent decision-maker who can operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical teams, commercial partners, customers, and executive leadership
Experience launching products through external platform partnerships and collaborating with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing is a plus
