Liftoff is hiring a senior Conversion ML Product Manager to lead product strategy for Cortex, a neural-net powered ML system predicting user responses to ads. The role involves developing new ideas for ML platform improvements, creating experimentation plans, collaborating with engineers skilled in ML and software engineering, and adapting the product roadmap based on data. Candidates must have 3+ years working with ML/software engineers on data-driven products, 8+ years related experience (Bachelor’s degree) or less with advanced degrees, strong math/CS/ML background, analytical and communication skills, SQL and scripting language proficiency, and passion for product building. Experience in analytics, mobile advertising, or ML at scale is a plus. The position is full-time remote within the US, with compensation varying by location from $202K to $270K plus equity and benefits including health, vision, dental, and wellness stipends.
