Full job description
Seeking a Staff Product Manager for Epsilon's Supply Product Management team to build and evolve the supply platform for programmatic advertising. Responsibilities include integrating AI and agentic workflows, evaluating new supply channels and formats (DOOH, high impact, retail media), supporting capacity management globally, contributing to the supply roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires 8+ years in AdTech or programmatic advertising, 5+ years product management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis (SQL). Preferred experience includes agency media planning, SSP, IAB ORTB specs, supply channels onboarding, and programmatic agentic protocols. Salary range: $89,300 - $180,300 annually. Locations: Chicago, IL; Wakefield, MA; Irving, TX.
