StackAdapt seeks a Senior Staff Product Designer for its AI experience team, Ivy. The role involves leading design projects of significant scope and complexity, collaborating across disciplines to create intuitive AI-powered product experiences that drive business growth. Responsibilities include driving design strategy, leading multi-team initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating complex data systems into scalable designs, defining AI response standards, building design frameworks, mentoring designers, and evolving design practices. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience designing complex, data-driven products, fluency with AI design and tools, strong interaction design and prototyping skills, ability to connect design to business outcomes, and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time, remote (Canada and US), with a salary range of $148,000 to $203,500 CAD in Canada and $148,000 to $213,500 USD in the US.
