Design and deliver machine learning models powering Moloco’s Commerce Media products for ads ranking, recommendations, and search. Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of ad prediction and retrieval systems. Lead experimentation cycles from problem framing to online A/B testing. Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to build ML solutions. Enhance ML pipelines, model serving, and monitoring for scalable inference. Mentor other ML engineers. Requires 8-12 years experience in applied ML or ML engineering with production models in ads, recommender systems, search, or ecommerce. Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX, feature stores, distributed training, and large-scale data processing. Experience with CTR predictors, retrieval, conversion, recommendation systems, and transformer architectures. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Full-time role based in Menlo Park, California.
