Requirements include proven visual design experience with a strong portfolio, expertise in design principles, autonomy, curiosity, critical thinking, project management skills, collaboration, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of AI tools, and a portfolio aligned with AppLovin's aesthetic.
