DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI-powered Quote to Cash initiatives. This hybrid role based in New York City reports to the VP of Program Management & Engineering Operations and partners with the Chief AI Officer. Responsibilities include end-to-end program execution, coordinating cross-departmental teams, managing dependencies, maintaining project visibility in Jira, and delivering AI-driven QTC programs on time. Required qualifications include 5+ years in technical program management, experience with complex cross-team programs, strong knowledge of QTC processes and related systems (CRM, ERP, billing, revenue recognition), proficiency with Jira, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes AI/ML initiatives, Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, ERP systems, SaaS billing, and relevant certifications. Salary range is $100,000 to $200,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end program execution for AI-driven QTC initiatives coordinating engineering, product, and business teams
  • Partner with Chief AI Officer to translate AI strategy into structured, executable programs with milestones and dependencies
  • Drive project kickoffs ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and commitments
  • Manage dependencies across engineering teams and downstream systems, proactively resolving blockers
  • Establish meeting cadence to maintain alignment, surface risks, and drive decisions
  • Lead go/no-go meetings and coordinate validation ahead of AI feature releases and QTC system go-lives
  • Provide regular status updates combining engineering data with qualitative risk assessment for executives
  • Maintain project visibility via Jira and build stakeholder plans
  • Update timelines weekly incorporating engineering capacity, QA, infrastructure, and release considerations
  • Track and manage capitalization compliance for AI and QTC engineering workstreams
  • Support quarterly planning cycles with engineering leads to size dependencies and set commitments
  • Hold engineering teams accountable to planning deadlines and ensure sprint commitments align with milestones

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development environments
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-departmental programs with multiple engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of QTC process flows and their intersection with CRM, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition systems
  • Comfort operating in AI-driven program environments; experience with AI or ML-powered product delivery is a plus
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time with strong stakeholder alignment
  • Strong project management skills including timeline development, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Expert proficiency with Jira, including plans, dashboards, and automation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for engineering teams and executive audiences
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
