Viant seeks a Senior Stock Plan Administration Manager to manage and scale equity incentive programs including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based stock. The role reports to the Director of Stock Plan Administration and involves managing day-to-day equity administration, ensuring data integrity, supporting audit readiness, and collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll. Responsibilities include grant processing, vesting, exercises, terminations, share tracking, data reconciliation, financial reporting support, SOX controls design and execution, compliance, audit support, data analysis, SOP development, vendor management, employee education, and special projects. Requirements include 5+ years of stock plan administration experience preferably in a U.S. public company, Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 required, strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and related accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, experience with stock administration systems (E*TRADE/Equity Edge Online), advanced Microsoft Office skills, SOX compliance experience, strong attention to detail, project prioritization skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Salary range is $160,000 - $180,000. Location: Irvine, California, United States.

Partner with internal and external auditors by preparing documentation, supporting audit requests, and addressing inquiries
Analyze and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies, ensure completeness, and improve data quality
Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs and scalable processes to support company growth and audit readiness
Assist in managing relationships with third-party providers, including transfer agents and equity system vendors
Respond to inquiries from Class B unit holders and support related communications
Provide education and support to employees regarding equity awards, including responding to complex inquiries and maintaining equity-related content on the Company’s internal website
Manage and support special projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and equity program enhancements
Requirements
5+ years of stock plan administration experience, preferably in a U.S. public company
