Full job description

Senior Software Engineer role focused on building scalable backend services and agentic AI workflows for an AdTech platform. Requires 5+ years backend or full-stack experience, practical knowledge of agentic AI systems, strong technical design and critical thinking skills, and fluent professional English. Responsibilities include full feature ownership, architecture participation, code quality assurance, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and addressing technical debt and security risks. Tech stack includes PHP, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Rust, Laravel, AWS services, Terraform, testing frameworks, AI tools (Claude, Kiro), and AdTech tools (Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js). What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services following Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
  • Take full technical ownership of features from design through deployment and monitoring
  • Build and orchestrate agentic workflows with autonomous AI pipelines
  • Participate actively in architecture decisions with analytical thinking
  • Ensure code quality through SDD, TDD, and BDD methodologies
  • Collaborate on code reviews, refinements, and technical planning
  • Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security risks (OWASP, SOLID)
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Bitbucket, GitLab, or GitHub
  • Produce well-reasoned technical designs before coding

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development
  • Practical experience with agentic AI systems — building agents, designing tool use, working with LLM APIs, or automating complex workflows with AI
  • Strong technical analysis and design skills
  • Critical thinking and questioning outputs of AI tools
  • Attention to detail with clean, tested, and documented code
  • True ownership and accountability for production code
  • Autonomy in work and knowing when to escalate
  • Proactive attitude to surface improvements and catch problems early
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-moving agentic engineering
  • Fluent professional English, written and spoken
