Design and customize software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Manage software updates and releases. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop tailored software solutions. Mentor junior engineers and manage technical documentation. Track software performance metrics to improve reliability and user satisfaction. Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Use market research and industry trends to drive project strategies. Participate in or lead peer programming, design sprints, or prototyping sessions. Exercise independent judgment in significant matters. Work variable schedules including nights and weekends as necessary. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 7-10 years of relevant experience. Technologies include AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python. Salary range $148,018.20 - $222,027.30. Position is full-time and hybrid with locations in New York and remote.
