Full job description
Sales Enablement Lead role in New York office focused on driving sales productivity and performance. Requires 3+ years in ad-tech enterprise sales, sales leadership, or sales enablement with knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic landscape. Experience with Salesforce CRM, conversation intelligence, and AI platforms required. Responsibilities include analyzing sales metrics, creating enablement proposals, managing enablement programs, coaching sales managers, and piloting AI-driven sales tools. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k matching, commuter benefits, flexible PTO, equity, and paid parental leave. Salary range $123,000-$135,000 base, $137,000-$150,000 OTE.
What you'll do
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations to analyze sales metrics and validate skill or execution gaps with frontline sales leaders
- Deliver structured Enablement Proposals defining key business problems, recommended solutions, and success criteria
