The Sr. Programmatic Strategist acts as a strategic advisor to agency and advertiser partners, translating business objectives into programmatic media strategies that drive measurable outcomes and platform adoption. Responsibilities include leading client discussions to define campaign objectives and KPIs, providing investment-driving recommendations on inventory, audience, and bidding strategies, influencing budget allocation and scaling decisions, owning performance narratives and optimization strategies, identifying growth levers, connecting campaign performance to business impact, partnering with Sales for RFPs and proposals, pitching programmatic strategy, supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales Planning and Customer Success, and standardizing best practices. Requires 5-7 years of experience in programmatic, DSP, or agency trading/strategy roles, strong client-facing strategic consultation skills, ability to influence media investment decisions, deep understanding of DSP mechanics and supply ecosystem, and ability to leverage AI-driven tools and data platforms including SQL, Python, and BI/visualization tools. Bachelor's degree preferred. Salary range is $100,106.20 to $150,159.30. Location: New York, NY.
