Viant is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to lead budgeting, Board material preparation, quarterly earnings support, leadership communication, ad-hoc analysis, and M&A/capital markets support. The role partners with senior leadership to drive business planning, strategic initiatives, corporate development, and investment decisions. Responsibilities include preparing budget and Board materials, supporting quarterly earnings and investor presentations, conducting benchmarking and shareholder analysis, providing analytical support for M&A, optimizing business performance, and advising senior leadership with data-driven insights. Requirements include 6+ years in corporate finance or related fields, advanced financial modeling skills, expert Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, strong communication skills, ability to lead projects and manage priorities, and a relevant degree. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Salary range is $150,000 - $175,000. Location: Irvine, California.
