The Sr. Manager, Compensation leads execution of compensation cycles, benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and data integrity across systems. Responsibilities include managing merit, bonus, and equity cycles; maintaining compensation files; conducting market pricing and salary band management; ensuring compensation census accuracy; forecasting headcount and compensation; providing cost analyses and scenario modeling; partnering with Talent Acquisition on offers and equity; producing compensation analytics and dashboards; ensuring compliance with pay transparency laws and SOX; and collaborating with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition on data accuracy and workflows. Requirements include 4-7+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Finance/FP&A with compensation exposure, strong analytical and Excel skills, knowledge of compensation best practices, experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Charthop, Greenhouse), ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy, and strong communication skills. Requirements
4 to 7+ years experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Finance/FP&A with compensation exposure
Strong compensation analysis, modeling, benchmarking, and data accuracy skills
Solid understanding of compensation best practices, job leveling, pay equity, and salary structures
Expert in Excel and comfortable manipulating large datasets
Experience partnering with HRIS teams; ADP, Charthop and Greenhouse familiarity a plus
Ability to manage deadlines, maintain accuracy, and operate with discretion
Strong communication skills and ability to explain compensation concepts to managers and leaders
