The Sr. Manager, Compensation leads execution of compensation cycles, benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and data integrity across systems. Collaborates with Compensation leadership, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate data, disciplined pay practices, and reliable forecasting. Responsibilities include managing merit, bonus, and equity cycles; maintaining compensation files; conducting market pricing and job architecture management; ensuring compensation census accuracy; forecasting headcount and compensation; providing cost analyses and scenario modeling; supporting offer reviews and internal equity; producing compensation analytics and dashboards; ensuring compliance with pay transparency laws and SOX; and collaborating cross-functionally on compensation processes. Requires 4 to 7+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Finance/FP&A with strong analysis, modeling, benchmarking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems like ADP, Charthop, and Greenhouse preferred. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Salary range: $165,000 - $185,000. Location: Irvine, California, United States.
