The Sr. Director, Compensation leads the design, governance, and execution of Viant’s compensation, benefits, rewards, and workforce planning strategy. Responsibilities include defining compensation philosophy, managing job architecture and salary bands, leading compensation cycles, building compensation frameworks, evaluating benefits programs, overseeing headcount and compensation census, partnering with Finance on planning and modeling, governing position management, driving compensation analytics, collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR, and executives, serving on the 401(k) Committee, and leading the Total Rewards team. Requires 10+ years in Compensation or related HR specialty, expertise in compensation strategy, job architecture, benchmarking, analytics, benefits strategy, vendor management, financial modeling, and strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with ChartHop, ADP, or Greenhouse is a plus. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Base salary range is $180,000 - $215,000. Location: Irvine, California, United States.
