Full job description

Senior Director of Client Engagement at Epsilon leads large teams delivering MarTech and Data solutions for Healthcare enterprise clients. Responsible for client satisfaction, business growth, and profitability. Develops scalable processes, builds cross-functional alignment, streamlines delivery, facilitates communication, and drives collaboration across sales, client services, and delivery teams. Leads matrixed teams, manages client margin, and identifies growth opportunities. Requires experience managing large teams (50+), senior-level client and industry knowledge, relationship-building, service operations, contracting, financial acumen, and healthcare industry expertise. Salary range $128,000 - $192,000 annually. Locations include Irving TX, Westminster CO, Chicago IL, Wakefield MA, and New York NY.

What you'll do

  • Develop scalable, repeatable processes, improvement, quality measures and governance for client solutions delivery and business retention
  • Build cross-functional alignments with sellers and delivery leaders
  • Create and implement plans to achieve project goals tied to customer business outcomes
  • Streamline engagement delivery to improve value to customers
  • Facilitate communication between client, project team and partners
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and lessons learned
  • Work in a large, multicultural, geographically dispersed matrixed organization
  • Establish client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with products/services
  • Drive collaboration internally with sales, client services, and delivery organizations
  • Develop talent and provide timely feedback on performance for direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Orchestrate across multiple solutions and products to meet client needs and manage client margin to contract
  • Lead matrixed, cross-functional teams and provide performance feedback
  • Apply business and financial skills to achieve measurable business results for customer success
  • Identify client growth opportunities by understanding client business needs and Epsilon value

Requirements

  • Experience managing large teams (client teams comprised of more than 50 people)
  • In-depth understanding of clients/industries supported and apply business offerings at the senior level
  • Strong skills at relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation
  • High acumen of service operations, contracting, and financials
  • Experience leading the client relationship management and delivery of a long-term strategic account
  • Expertise and knowledge in the full ecosystem of MarTech and Data solutions
  • Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of the trends and challenges
