Senior Cybersecurity Analyst role focused on leveraging AI to automate data pipelines and business intelligence for centralized security risk reporting. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining automated security data pipelines, administering Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security, developing centralized security reporting across multiple domains, partnering with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and data quality controls, creating dashboards for executive and compliance use, defining severity and priority models and remediation SLAs, monitoring remediation performance, integrating asset inventory data, automating compliance reporting, evaluating data quality issues, supporting cloud security analytics (especially AWS), and communicating risks to stakeholders. Requires experience with business intelligence, security reporting, Splunk technologies, AI tools, CAASM, security compliance reporting, and cybersecurity concepts. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and 7-10 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Position is full-time based in Chicago, Illinois. Salary range $107,243.85 - $160,865.77.

Requirements
Experience with business intelligence, security reporting, dashboards, ETL, data integration, and data pipeline technologies
Hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security
Experience with Splunk SmartStore preferred
Proven experience using AI tools for development and security workflows
Experience integrating data from multiple teams and source systems into a centralized security reporting or analytics platform
Experience with security compliance reporting, control evidence, metrics, and audit-support processes
Experience with CAASM, attack surface management, asset inventory, exposure management, or comparable security data platforms
Ability to define severity and priority models and remediation service-level agreements
Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including vulnerabilities, findings, controls, asset ownership, risk, and remediation workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with public cloud security and AWS preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliable reporting with limited supervision
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
