Full job description

Simpli.fi is hiring a Senior Campaign Build Specialist responsible for managing high-volume campaign trafficking with technical expertise and operational excellence. The role involves leading campaign execution, providing technical consultation, maintaining best practices, collaborating with Client Success teams, mentoring junior members, identifying campaign risks, and contributing to process improvements. Requires 2-4 years experience in digital media operations or ad trafficking, strong project management and collaboration skills, leadership potential, and problem-solving abilities. Hybrid work schedule based in Fort Worth, Texas. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available. What you'll do

  • Manage and execute a complex portfolio of campaigns with high accuracy, efficiency, and quality
  • Serve as a technical resource and platform subject matter expert for campaign builds
  • Document build requirements and translate client objectives into actionable technical execution plans
  • Ensure campaign builds follow operational and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with Client Success teams and clients to address and recommend solutions for requests
  • Lead technical discussions related to campaign builds and clarify requirements and solutions
  • Oversee setup and trafficking of complex campaigns ensuring alignment with media plans and client objectives
  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members
  • Identify and mitigate campaign risks during pre-launch phase and recommend solutions
  • Contribute feedback on workflows, documentation, and tools to improve team efficiency and campaign quality
  • Be available for on-call duty 1-2 weekends per quarter including holidays to respond to client emergencies

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management within an agency or media environment
  • Proven ability to independently manage high-priority or nuanced campaigns
  • Strong understanding of campaign implementation tools and workflows
  • Strong project management skills with ability to oversee end-to-end campaign setup
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal and offshore teams
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and mentoring experience
  • Detail-oriented mindset with ability to translate complex campaign requirements into clear, actionable steps and documentation
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with track record of identifying and resolving risks or delays
  • Continuous improvement approach contributing to process optimization and scalable systems development
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
