Full job description

The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing DACH will translate regional and DACH commercial priorities into executable marketing programs across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and selected CEE markets. The role involves leading integrated marketing programs, partnering with various teams to ensure aligned and realistic plans, developing and maintaining B2B marketing content, aligning messaging with sales strategies, supporting planning processes, managing multiple initiatives, and ensuring high execution quality. Requires 8-10 years of marketing experience, strong stakeholder management skills, deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and content marketing, knowledge of programmatic advertising and AdTech, fluency in German and English, and strong organizational skills.

What you'll do

  • Translate regional and DACH commercial priorities into clear, executable marketing programs across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and selected CEE markets
  • Lead delivery of integrated marketing programs with clear timelines, owners, and outcomes
  • Partner with regional marketing, PMM, Sales Marketing, Events, PR/Comms and Creative teams to ensure joined-up and realistic plans
  • Balance strong execution with thoughtful input into planning discussions, surfacing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early
  • Develop content playbooks for B2B events, thought leadership decks, case studies
  • Maintain and organize content assets to ensure they are easily discoverable and updated
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales leadership to align messaging with sales strategies
  • Support annual and half-year planning by contributing practical input on timelines, resourcing, and feasibility
  • Bring market context and execution insight into planning discussions to sharpen priorities
  • Translate strategy into clear calendars and delivery plans, protecting focus and avoiding overcommitment
  • Act as a reliable day-to-day marketing partner to DACH Commercial Leadership, ensuring priorities are understood and delivered against
  • Produce clear, concise communication (status updates, briefs, recaps) that capture decisions, next steps and ownership
  • Own delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives, managing scope, dependencies, and timelines
  • Establish a disciplined operating rhythm (check-ins, milestone tracking, risk logs) for priority initiatives
  • Create and socialize clear ownership and RACI for programs to avoid ambiguity or reliance on informal coordination
  • Ensure execution quality is high and learnings are captured to improve future programs

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience across brand, demand, events or integrated marketing
  • Previous experience in sales enablement, marketing, or content strategy roles
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, buyer personas, and content marketing
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver against shared goals
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and the AdTech ecosystem
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity
  • Fluent German and English
