The role is remote-based and involves developing high-performance, low-latency, and concurrent backend services. Responsibilities include software design, release management, collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, documentation, performance tracking, QA partnership, and participation in design and prototyping sessions. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in modern C++ with expertise in multithreading, concurrency, asynchronous programming, memory management, Linux performance profiling, RPC frameworks, HTTP/gRPC protocols, and distributed architectures. Familiarity with machine learning inference/model serving frameworks such as NVIDIA Triton or ONNX Runtime is a plus. The position requires problem-solving skills, technical innovation, and a passion for learning. Salary range is $141,850.78 to $212,776.16 based on experience.
