Senior Account Executive role focused on strategic new business development in digital media sales across direct and programmatic channels, especially non-retail verticals. Responsibilities include meeting revenue quotas, prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, reviewing campaign results, delivering presentations, maintaining CRM hygiene, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires 5+ years experience in digital media sales, consultative sales skills, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, and willingness to travel. What you'll do
- Meet or exceed annual revenue quota within the assigned territory
- Develop new business through proactive prospecting, network development, inbound lead follow-up, and industry events
- Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers from CMOs to Paid Media Specialists
- Understand client business challenges and position Criteo as the ideal solution
- Review campaign results and insights with internal partners to ensure KPIs are met and communicated clearly to clients
- Create and deliver customized presentations, both in person and remotely
- Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene, keeping Salesforce updated with accurate, real-time activity logs and pipeline progression
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including technical implementation, creative services, data analytics, and account management to ensure smooth client onboarding and success
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling digital media solutions across channels such as Display, OLV, CTV/OTT, and Audio, both directly and programmatically
- Consultative, problem-solving sales approach; formal training such as Challenger or Sandler is a plus
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and summarize key takeaways
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high CRM hygiene
- Confident in cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable leveraging tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Existing client and/or agency relationships are a plus
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, especially programmatic media
- Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Travel is expected including conferences, client meetings, and industry events
