Full job description
Senior Account Executive responsible for working with agencies and online advertising clients in assigned geographic areas. Duties include driving revenue growth through new business, up-selling, and cross-selling; managing client communication and strategic planning; strengthening executive-level relationships; leading contract negotiations; managing revenue forecasting using Salesforce.com; and organizing client team-building events. Requires 5-8 years sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, and online advertising, strong relationship-building skills, experience in audience-based digital media selling, and understanding of online advertising technology.
What you'll do
- Actively seeks new revenue streams and promotes account expansion by driving growth through new business, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Manages comprehensive client communication, strategic planning, and resolution of account challenges to enhance client satisfaction
- Strengthens executive-level relationships within assigned accounts
- Demonstrates strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Works independently to acquire new clients
- Leads contract negotiations to support new sales and expand existing accounts
- Manages revenue forecasting via Salesforce.com and ensures sales data is recorded accurately
- Facilitates and organizes team-building events with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 8 years sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, and online advertising
- Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships
- Experience in audience-based selling of digital media
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology
