Full job description

Senior Program Compliance Specialist role supporting compliance operations by reviewing data, identifying violations, and ensuring advertiser promotions comply with client policies and industry standards. Responsibilities include analyzing search and content monitoring data, auditing publisher content, investigating violations, managing publisher outreach, collaborating with global teams, leading onboarding and tool transitions, improving compliance workflows, mentoring junior staff, and training teams on compliance processes. Requires 5-6 years experience in content auditing, digital media, or client services, basic affiliate marketing knowledge, strong communication, critical thinking, and ability to follow SOPs. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality compliance support ensuring advertiser programs align with client policies and industry best practices
  • Analyze search engine monitoring data to identify trademark and restricted keyword violations
  • Analyze content monitoring outputs to detect inaccurate, prohibited, or missing promotional content
  • Audit publisher content against approved promotional details and advertiser program policies
  • Investigate potential compliance violations by analyzing performance data, referring URLs, and publisher activity patterns
  • Validate violations and document detailed findings accurately within compliance and reporting platforms
  • Own publisher outreach including sending violation notices, following up to resolution, and communicating outcomes
  • Collaborate with regional and global teammates and cross-functional partners
  • Lead new account onboarding or tool-related transitions
  • Drive process efficiencies by identifying gaps and updating compliance workflows and documentation
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and quality reviews
  • Train internal teams and external partners on compliance tools, processes, and best practices
  • Participate in internal meetings, initiatives, and special projects impacting compliance operations

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field
  • 5 to 6 years of related experience in content auditing, digital media, or client services
  • Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent time-management and follow-through skills
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to understand and interpret policy
  • Decisive with excellent judgment in policy enforcement
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and deliver under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and emphasize attention to detail
  • Ability to follow defined SOPs and checklists
