Criteo is hiring a Source to Pay Procurement Excellence Lead based in Barcelona. This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Head of Global Procurement and focuses on optimizing the full Source-to-Pay value chain. Responsibilities include leading the Procure-to-Pay stream of a major ERP implementation (Oracle Fusion), revamping S2P tools and processes including automation via ZIP, collaborating with Procurement and Finance teams to streamline workflows, defining KPIs, supporting Finance Modernization initiatives, and ensuring continuous improvement of S2P processes and tooling. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience leading procurement transformation initiatives, strong knowledge of procurement processes, familiarity with Procuretech and ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, SAP ERP), strategic and pragmatic process optimization skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and fluency in English. Spanish or French is a plus.
