The Solutions Engineering Specialist supports the Sales team by leading pre-sales efforts related to the RFI and RFP process. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end RFI and RFP lifecycle, maintaining content libraries in platforms such as Loopio, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting pre-sales feasibility and requirements gathering, developing sales materials, documenting customer feedback, improving RFI/RFP processes, onboarding teams on best practices, contributing to competitive intelligence, and conducting market research. Requires 2+ years experience in digital media or programmatic, strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs, experience with RFI/RFP processes, project management skills, strong communication, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic, or a related function such as Strategic Planning or Sales Enablement
Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs
Experience supporting or managing RFI and RFP processes, with familiarity with tools such as Loopio preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, structured responses
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to support data driven materials and insights
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
