Full job description

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks a mid-level technical client solutions specialist for the Advertiser Suite including Buyer Cloud and Curation Hub technologies. The role involves being the primary client contact, collaborating with Sales on pre-sales, onboarding, implementation, scaling, and steady-state handoff. Responsibilities include understanding client technical requirements, delivering software solutions using SQL, API management, and data analytics, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates should have 2-5 years of technical customer-facing experience in AdTech, strong knowledge of real-time bidding and programmatic advertising, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and technical proficiency with SQL, APIs, and basic HTML/Javascript. Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation includes base pay $81,990-$136,650 plus targeted commission $24,000 and comprehensive benefits. Location: New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Deeply understand customers' technical requirements and craft elegant technical solutions
  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements, elicit customer technical and business KPIs, and define success criteria prior to contract signature
  • Develop custom onboarding plans to scale customer adoption and spend through the platform
  • Scope, configure, test, and deliver Buyer Cloud and Curation Hub software solutions leveraging skills such as SQL, data analytics and API management
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in Programmatic AdOps, engineering, data science, and product roles
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on the Advertiser Suite for clients and internal teams
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product and engineering to drive roadmap initiatives
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and manage complex issues requiring product and engineering resources through to resolution
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining best practices and procedures
  • Provide optimization and best practices recommendations to encourage client engagement and platform adoption

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in a technical customer facing or support role in AdTech
  • Good understanding of real time bidding and programmatic advertising
  • Client-centric, exceptional communicator with technical and business minded stakeholders
  • Hands on with software, configuring functionality and manipulating data to meet client needs
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable being autonomous with the ability to think critically on the fly
  • Technical acumen in troubleshooting, SQL and APIs, with basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript preferred
  • Experience working for or with agencies is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
