Digital Turbine seeks a Solutions Engineer focused on the Offerwall product. Responsibilities include investigating advertiser fraud claims using SQL and Databricks, deciding claim outcomes, maintaining fraud detection criteria, reporting on fraud trends, and escalating fraud patterns to the product team. The role also oversees outsourced customer support for end-user tickets, monitors team performance, identifies ticket patterns, and champions AI-driven support workflow improvements. The engineer will collaborate with Product, Data, and Sales teams and progressively support other products like DT Exchange and DT Fairbid. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1+ year in analytics, fraud, support operations or related roles, strong SQL skills, interest in fraud investigation, business acumen, and communication skills. The position is hybrid based in London with periodic travel.
