Smartly seeks a Solutions Engineer for its Technical Consulting team in Mexico City. The role involves designing, building, and supporting integrations and custom solutions extending the Smartly platform. Responsibilities include API and cloud technology integration, workflow automation, reporting, and data connectivity solutions. The engineer will collaborate with customer and internal teams to deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions, maintain internal tooling, reduce technical debt, and support infrastructure activities involving Kubernetes, AWS, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should have strong software engineering or technical consulting experience, expertise in APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), CI/CD, programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with enterprise software implementations. Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or digital advertising technologies is a plus. Requirements
Strong experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
Experience designing and building APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based applications
Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications
Strong programming skills and the ability to develop maintainable, production-quality solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work through technical ambiguity and complex customer requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across customer-facing and engineering teams
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, integrations, or technical consulting engagements
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS platforms, digital advertising technologies, or enterprise integration environments is a strong plus
