Full job description

The Solutions Engineer in Atlanta will collaborate with Sales and Account Management to onboard new advertisers, monitor delivery and performance, resolve technical issues, and provide technical recommendations and optimization strategies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting database and backend technology issues, managing technical onboarding, Taboola pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and campaign performance analysis. Candidates should have 3+ years in Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager roles, experience with tracking implementations (Shopify, WordPress, DCM), SQL, Google Analytics, APIs, Mobile SDKs, and strong communication skills. Bonus skills include Google Tag Manager, mobile measurement partners, ad networks, DSPs, JavaScript, and CSS/HTML. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end technical onboarding processes, Taboola pixel implementation, conversion tracking, performance and health analysis
  • Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve issues
  • Perform end-to-end campaign performance analysis and provide delivery and optimization recommendations to stakeholders and clients
  • Design methodologies and tools to improve customer service and troubleshooting ability
  • Build in-depth knowledge of Taboola advertising products and how they meet marketing objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role
  • Experience in tracking implementation methods (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, DCM)
  • Experience working with SQL, Google Analytics, APIs and Mobile SDKs
  • Proven ability to strategically evaluate and drive client success through sales techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to translate technical investigations and analysis into actions for non-technical stakeholders
