The Trade Desk is seeking a senior Solutions Consultant with 8-12+ years of experience in outbound technical sales or solutions engineering in AdTech or MarTech. The role involves collaborating with commercial, account, product management, and engineering teams to design and deliver custom solutions that drive revenue growth and deepen client partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying product builds to meet strategic goals, managing custom development from discovery to delivery, serving as the primary contact for joint business planning discussions, advising internal teams on custom vs. standard offerings, contributing market insights to product development, and training business teams on custom solutions. Candidates must have strong communication skills, experience with SQL, Python, AI coding agents, and a strategic consultative approach with clients, including C-level engagement. The position is full-time based in Chicago or New York. Salary range is $154,900 to $283,900 USD.
