The Solutions Architect role is part of the Product organization, acting as the voice of the Product team internally and externally. Responsibilities include aligning client needs with product strategy, partnering with retailers across the Americas, representing the Americas market in roadmap discussions, participating in retailer pitches and product demos, supporting partnership implementations, and acting as a product evangelist. Requirements include strong communication skills, autonomy, commercial accountability experience, understanding of retailer business models, and technical familiarity with retailer integrations, AI, or machine learning. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model, based in Boston or New York, USA. What you'll do

  • Work directly with commercial leadership to align client needs with product strategy
  • Partner with retailers across the Americas, including existing and prospective clients, to support their product strategy
  • Represent the voice of the Americas market in internal roadmap discussions
  • Participate in top retailer pitches and product demonstrations as the voice of Product
  • Support partnership implementations and help drive projects to successful outcomes
  • Act as a local product evangelist, sharing positioning, market feedback, and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with the ability to learn from Product and R&D teams and translate knowledge effectively for clients and internal teams
  • Autonomous and self-driven, with a high level of initiative and ownership
  • Experienced in hybrid roles with commercial accountability
  • Strong understanding of retailer business models and challenges
  • Technical background or familiarity with retailer integrations, AI, or machine learning
