Full job description
Innovid seeks a Solution Architect for Solutions & Innovation to define and deliver custom solutions for global customers. The role involves leading technical conversations, building Statements of Work, designing solution architecture, and managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include leading implementations, collaborating with development teams, presenting solutions to customers, creating best practices, developing business automation, and working with Product and R&D teams on product roadmap. Requirements include 3+ years in pre/post-sales technical roles, project management experience, hands-on SaaS, Cloud, and API architecture experience, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Nice to have experience with AWS, data structures, DCO data feeds, Agile methodologies, API modeling, and software development (Node, Express, React). What you'll do
- Technical lead of all aspects of a successful implementation from pre-sales requirements gathering to delivery and training
- Execute extensive analysis with development teams to design solutions and create architecture and design artifacts
- Present proposed solutions and maintain ongoing technical discussions with customers at all levels
- Create best practices and process efficiencies for technical projects and deployments
- Develop business automation solutions to drive operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to understand product roadmap and influence future product features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role
- 3+ years of experience managing and delivering technical projects
- 2+ years of hands-on architecture and design experience with SaaS, Cloud, and API driven applications
- Strong Project Management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences
- Experience creating SOWs (Scopes of Work) and other project management artifacts
- Comprehensive 3rd Party integration experience (APIs, etc)
- Advanced/Native English level with excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
