Full job description

Solutions Engineer role in Budapest working with Sales and Account Management to onboard advertisers, monitor delivery and performance, resolve technical issues, and provide technical recommendations and optimization strategies. Requires 3+ years in technical solutions/support roles preferably in ad tech, experience with SQL, API calls, and knowledge of Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, Mobile SDKs. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, pixel implementation, campaign analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal and external teams. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you'll do

  • Own the End2End technical onboarding process including Taboola pixel implementation and conversion tracking
  • Build in-depth knowledge of Taboola advertising products
  • Execute setup and delivery tasks and provide consultation on best practices
  • Perform technical troubleshooting for onboarding issues
  • Conduct detailed campaign performance analysis and provide optimization recommendations
  • Manage campaign level performance and advise on delivery and KPI attainment
  • Surface verticalized best practices, insights, trends, and benchmarks
  • Design methodologies and tools to improve customer service and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with business teams and external customers’ product and technical teams for integration

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • B.tech/ B.E/ Bsc. IT degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical solutions or support roles, preferably in ad tech
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and API calls and tools
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, and Mobile SDKs is an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to translate technical investigations into actions for customers
  • Experience with sales techniques including questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling
  • Knowledge of business processes and workflows
  • Ability to provide structured formal documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize based on urgency
  • Ability to understand business objectives and partner to achieve key results
