Full job description

DoubleVerify is a big data analytics company processing billions of ad events daily. The internship role involves joining an engineering team to build and maintain core infrastructure, writing high-scale code, contributing to product and developer experience improvements, and working with technologies including Javascript, Scala, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI tools. Candidates must be enrolled in a Computer Science or similar degree with 2-3 semesters left, have a GPA of 85 or higher, be available to work 2.5 days per week for 12 months including one day in the office, have programming experience, and be eager to learn. Experience with Javascript/TypeScript and web fundamentals is a plus. The position is part-time and hybrid, located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you'll do

  • Join an engineering team that builds and maintains core company infrastructure
  • Write code that runs billions of times a day worldwide
  • Contribute to projects improving products and developer experience
  • Work with a broad range of technologies and languages
  • Learn best practices for clean code, refactor existing code, adopt development methodologies
  • Explore and utilize state-of-the-art AI tools including agentic workflows
  • Be mentored by skilled, experienced professionals

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or similar degree with 2-3 semesters left
  • GPA >= 85
  • Available to work 2.5 days per week for 12 months, including one day from the office
  • Strong understanding of programming concepts
  • Experience with at least one programming language
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Team player with ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in Javascript/TypeScript programming (big advantage)
  • Experience with web development fundamentals (big advantage)
